Folks, I would like to tell you a brief story about myself!

I’ll keep it short, so you don’t get bored.

I started to work in the kitchen when I was 14 years old, in Tirana, Albania. Italian cuisine in Albania was a rare experience in the 90’s and I considered myself privileged to help in the 1st Italian restaurant in the Capital.  I developed a passion for the art of cooking and dedicated myself to this craft.

 After years working in prestigious restaurants in Europe and U.S., my dream came true when I opened in 2014 my 1st restaurant Trattoria MOMA, in Mt. Airy.  Wanting to bring new flavors to the dining experience I opened in 2023 DUA Mediterranean Kitchen, in Bryn Mawr. I wanted to share the flavors of DUA Mediterranean Kitchen into yet another area as Glenside. This concept came into fruition this time where Italian, Spanish, Israeli, Greek and Albanian dishes are married together at, MOMA Mediterranean Kitchen, Glenside.

 Embark with me on a culinary journey through the Mediterranean. From mezze dishes to the daily fresh seafood, experience the rich flavors that capture the essence of the region where I grew up.
